Accessibility Statement

Fininvo is committed to ensuring that our web products and mobile apps are accessible to people with disabilities, including visual, auditory, motor and cognitive disabilities. Accessibility is an ongoing programme with executive ownership, not a one-time project, and we continue to improve the experience for all users across ERP, HRMS, Payroll, Jobs and Recruit.

• Semantic HTML and ARIA landmarks; keyboard-navigable interfaces with visible focus states.
• Colour contrast targets of at least 4.5:1 for body text in our design systems, with scalable text and support for browser zoom to 200%.
• Labels, descriptions and error messaging for form controls; alternative text for meaningful images.
• Accessibility review included in design and code review for new features.
• Testing with keyboard-only navigation and screen readers (NVDA, VoiceOver) as part of our process.
• Reduced-motion preferences respected for non-essential animation.

The web products are designed to work with recent versions of Chrome, Edge, Firefox and Safari, on Windows, macOS, Android and iOS, in combination with common screen readers (NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver, TalkBack). The products may not display correctly on browsers more than two major versions old.

Despite our efforts, some limitations remain. We are working to resolve these:

• Complex data grids and charts: some dashboard charts and dense ERP tables do not yet have complete screen-reader alternatives; key figures are progressively being exposed as text.
• PDF outputs: generated documents (invoices, payslips) are not yet fully tagged for screen readers; the same data is accessible in the web interface.
• Legacy screens: a subset of older screens predate the current design systems and may have inconsistent focus order or contrast; these are being migrated.
• Third-party content: content uploaded by other users (documents, job descriptions) may not be accessible; we provide accessible chrome around it.

We assess accessibility through internal self-evaluation: automated checks integrated into development, manual keyboard and screen-reader testing of key user journeys (sign-in, core record management, employee self-service, job application), and design-system-level contrast validation. We plan periodic external evaluation as the programme matures.
