Fininvo hosts content published by users, including job postings, company profiles, reviews, documents and messages. We respect intellectual property rights and respond to valid infringement notices in accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Intermediary Guidelines Rules, 2021 (India), and, for United States rights holders, consistent with the notice-and-takedown framework of the DMCA. This policy covers content published by users; for a complaint about Fininvo's own materials, write to legal@fininvo.com.
Send your notice to legal@fininvo.com with the subject "IP infringement notice", or by post to our registered office. A valid notice must include:
Incomplete notices delay action. We may share your notice, including your contact details, with the user who posted the content so they can respond.
We acknowledge valid notices within 48 hours.
We review the notice and, where it is valid on its face, remove or disable access to the material expeditiously, normally within 36 hours for content that is unlawful on its face and otherwise within the statutory timelines that apply.
We notify the user who posted the content, provide them a copy of the notice, and inform you of the action taken.
If your content was removed and you believe the removal was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to legal@fininvo.com containing: identification of the removed material and its prior location; your name, address and contact details; a statement under penalty of perjury (where applicable) that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification; consent to the jurisdiction of the courts at your address (or Bengaluru, India); and your signature. Unless the original complainant informs us within 10 to 14 business days that they have sought a court order, we may restore the material.
We maintain records of infringement notices and terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers. We may also remove content proactively where it is identical to material already removed following a valid notice.
Knowingly submitting a materially false infringement notice or counter-notice may make you liable for damages, including costs and legal fees, and is a violation of our Terms of Service. Do not use this process to suppress lawful criticism, competition or fair use.
For trademark complaints, include your registration number and jurisdiction, the allegedly infringing use and why it causes confusion. For other rights (design, patent, trade secrets, personality rights), describe the right, your entitlement and the material complained of. The process in Sections 3 to 6 applies with the necessary changes. Complaints about the Fininvo marks themselves are handled by Prashbi Global Services Pvt. Ltd. at legal@fininvo.com.
