When we action a deletion request, we remove:
Deletion is permanent. We cannot restore an account once the retention window described below has passed, so please export anything you want to keep first.
A few categories survive deletion because the law requires it or because they no longer identify you. We stop using them for anything else.

| Applications already shared with an employer | For Jobs: once an employer receives your application it sits in their own records, under their retention policy. We can delete our copy, and you can ask that employer to delete theirs. |

Data is removed from live systems, then from backups as the backup rotation cycles.
HRMS, Payroll and ERP accounts are created by an employer, not by you. In data protection terms your employer is the data controller and Fininvo is the processor acting on their instructions, so we are not permitted to delete your employment records on our own initiative. Contact your HR administrator first.
You can still use the form on this page. We will pass the request to your employer, tell you that we have done so, and delete anything that is ours alone to delete, such as your login and device tokens. If your employer refuses and you believe they are wrong, you can escalate to our Grievance Officer below or to the Data Protection Board of India.
